JUST WOW! This sounds corny, but honestly I was treated like royalty today at the Francis Spokane Quicklube. The entire crew and the owner were incredible. Escorted me to the waiting room, informed me of every step, no surprises, total gentlemen. Then vacuumed out my car, invited me back again and offered me coupons for oil changes. I was in and out in 15 minutes and service with a smile. Thank you Eric for bringing customer service back!
Quick lube employees are efficient and fast. I had absolutely no concerns and would and will refer everyone I know that needs any type of fluids done to Quick lube.

Friendly personnel, not pushy--explained services we needed. They forgot to put the new windshield wiper blades on and when we got home there was a call to come back and have them installed which we did--and they were very accommodating and apologetic.
A nice Man named Joe helped me out today. Very polite and friendly. He gave me great suggestions on maintenance for my car. I will definitely come back to this location. They are not pushy, and give very helpful information on what maintenance I need to take care of.
I always have a good experience at Spokane Quick Lube. I usually come in with my kids and they get us in and out quickly!
Service was quick and hassle free. E. Sprague location has always had quick service and the employees are great at explaining the services you'll need down the road. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes quick service. The prices are also very reasonable.
Pulled in and service was immediate. Staff extremely friendly and explained services. Staff explained additional minor service needs. There was no pressure to upgrade to higher services. All promised service was completed in a timely manner.
I will not go anywhere else! I always feel taken care of (and my car, too). I have felt taken advantage of being a woman at other places I have gone for services (service guys will make all these unnecessary recommendations). At Quicklube I feel there is trust and honesty. We moved to Post Falls and I will continue to drive to Spokane Valley to have my car needs taken care of. Thanks guys!!!!!!
Spokane Quick Lube in the Valley is on my way home. They do provide fast service so it is very convenient. They point out what I may need for my car but are not pushy so I'm okay with that. I have been taking my cars here for a couple of years and have always been satisfied.
